Found this through HackerNews. Thank you for filling this niche. Is there a way to subscribe for updates on the book that does not involve creating an account on Leanpub? I don’t know how much time you want to spend on marketing this book but I’ve found a book specific mailing list which gets updates on the book quite helpful in the past with other in process books I wanted to follow (e.g. crafting interpreters).

I don’t plan to create an email list (not at this moment at least) – but how about an RSS feed? Also, I will definitely post updates on this blog, and also on my Twitter account. Also, Sacha Chua‘s Emacs News is a good place to follow that also happens to mention my blog posts about Emacs.
