Marcin Borkowski – Some time ago I decided that I’d like to utilize Org-mode Agenda’s List stuck projects feature. (I’m definitely not a fan of GTD – I already have a religion, and much better one – and in fact I’m abusing this feature to include not only “stuck” projects. But that’s another story.)

18:02 UTC (new) (history) 2015-12-18 Star Wars crawl in Emacs . . . . Marcin Borkowski – As I mentioned a while ago, I’m not an uncritical fan of Star Wars. The franchise, however, is obviously one of my childhood memories. Therefore, even though I try not to expect too much from Episode VII, I will certainly watch it. And since I’m (obviously) a huge (though not uncritical, either!) fan of Emacs, I could not resist this little piece of code.

11:56 UTC (new) (history) 2015-12-12 Counting sentences . . . . Marcin Borkowski – I was a bit astonished that Emacs does not have a count-sentences function. I mean, how is counting sentences different from counting words or lines? You move one sentence/word/line at a time, incrementing a counter, and when you finish, you have the count. Admittedly, this is one thing Vim does better than Emacs.
