Być może jest to dziwne, że facet w średnim wieku czyta sobie powieści dla nastolatek; być może nawet rodzi to określone podejrzenia. Nie zamierzam się jednak z tego tłumaczyć, tym bardziej, że czytując powieści pani M. znajduję się w doborowym, i to nie tylko damskim towarzystwie. Za to dla ewentualnych wątpiących mam kilka argumentów, które być może skłonią kogoś do sięgnięcia po Jeżycjadę.

Marcin Borkowski – In Lisp literature you can often find a warning about not using destructive functions (like sort or nconc) on values coming from literals. This is a good advice, and you should follow it. Here’s a short stab at a (partial) explanation (note that all examples are in Emacs Lisp).

Marcin Borkowski – A rather annoying “feature” of Android is the fact that screen rotation causes recreating the current activity from scratch. While this is quite reasonable, it has an undesired side effect: most data are lost. (What is left is the state of widgets having an id.) In Logeox, this is not what I would like to have: if I rotate my phone (and that might happen by accident!), all my drawings are erased. The problem is: what do I do with it? Quite surprisingly, the solution seems far from obvious. After about an hour of reading and experiments, here’s what I learned and did.
